Often people do not realize that their illnesses are caused by stress. Annoying headache, bad memory, distracted attention and all the consequences aren’t always a result of sickness but stress. Its symptoms can affect your health and your mind, can cause great harm to your life. You have to be cautious – as soon as you recognize stress you can take steps to manage it.

Most common symptoms are anxiety, depression, social isolation, headache, abdominal pain, lack of sleep, back pain and difficulty concentrating, depression, anger, intense mood swings, loss of concentration/poor concentration, heightened confusion in mildly stressful situations, inability to complete tasks, hypertension.

Of course, other potentially serious diseases also can cause some of these symptoms. If you're not sure if stress is the cause or if you've taken steps to control your stress but symptoms continue, see your doctor. It can be very dangerous if you mix up the reason.
